the quotient rule, another rule i do not understand and the more i write about this the more mad i get. i took a quiz on this and failed it. go figure. If i dont understand then how am i supposed to write 8 150 word blogs and 8 150 word comments. thats 2400 words about something i dont understand. the second quarter has past and its over. the third quarter starts a clean slate but i will need to get seriously tutored between now and then. well this is blog two... blog three through eight will be coming shortly
